How your information is handled.

This page describes how Daftar Advisory collects, uses, and retains personal information when you visit the site or contact the practice. The policy is short on purpose — the practice does not collect more than it needs.

What the site collects

Visiting daftaradvisory.com does not require any account, login, or form submission. The hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. These logs are retained per Netlify's policy and are not used for tracking, profiling, or marketing.

The site does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts that profile visitors. No personal information is collected by the website itself beyond what your browser sends to any web server.

When you contact the practice

If you reach out by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or any other channel listed on the site, the message and your contact details are received and stored only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and — if an engagement begins — managing the relationship.

Contact information from prospective enquiries is retained for up to twelve months. If you ask for it to be deleted earlier, it will be. Information from active engagements is retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, in line with professional record-keeping practice.

Confidentiality during engagements

Once an engagement letter is signed, confidentiality is governed by that letter — not by this page. Engagement letters specify how client information is handled, who has access to it, and the conditions under which it can be shared. The standard is full confidentiality unless explicitly waived in writing.

Sharing with third parties

Daftar Advisory does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing. Information may be shared only where required by law, where necessary to deliver the engagement (for example, with a referenced auditor or tax agent at your request), or with your explicit consent.

Your choices

You can ask at any time to see what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request to ahmad@daftaradvisory.com and it will be handled within fifteen working days.

Governing law

Daftar Advisory is based in Amman, Jordan. This policy is governed by Jordanian law. The practice handles personal information in accordance with applicable professional and legal standards in the jurisdictions where engagements are accepted.

Updates

This policy may be updated as the practice evolves. The current version was last reviewed in May 2026. Material changes will be reflected here; the policy date will update accordingly.
